Hands On Recruitment South Africa has partnered with a fast-growing digital agency to find a talented, strategic, and independent Paid Media Specialist ready to lead multi-platform campaigns and drive performance for high-growth clients.

What you’ll be doing:
Full campaign ownership: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok & more
Lead strategic planning and client conversations
Drive growth, optimise performance, and deliver data-driven insights
Build dashboards (Looker Studio), manage tracking (GA4 + GTM), and report with clarity
Be a trusted advisor with room to push creative, strategic boundaries

Requirements:
5+ years of paid media experience
Proven performance across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen), Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
A client-first mindset + strong communication skills
Agency/multi-client experience (bonus)
Drive to work independently and strategically
