Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Management:
- Manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a key focus on Google Ads (social media experience preferred but not required).
- Handle 3-5 client accounts independently, ensuring that their goals are met and budgets are effectively managed.
- Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive performance, focusing on achieving or exceeding client KPIs like sales leads, website traffic, and ROI.
Budget Management:
- Efficiently allocate and monitor budgets for paid media campaigns across all assigned accounts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining or improving campaign performance.
Client Interaction:
- Attend client meetings and manage client expectations without supervision.
- Provide clients with regular performance reports and insights.
- Prepare and deliver meeting agendas, clearly communicate strategies, and document key takeaways.
Performance Optimization & Reporting:
- Regularly track and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and A/B testing results.
- Create comprehensive reports, presenting results clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Benchmark performance against industry standards and implement strategies to improve effectiveness.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in paid media.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential threats in client campaigns.
- Keep an eye on competitor activities, sharing insights to help shape better strategies.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:
- Work closely with other internal teams such as creative, analytics, and SEO to ensure campaign integration.
- Mentor and support junior team members by sharing best practices and industry insights.
- Actively participate in cross-functional brainstorming and knowledge-sharing sessions.
