The business owns and operates large, high-impact static and digital roadside billboards and LED screens, delivering premium outdoor advertising solutions that drive exceptional brand visibility and audience reach.
Our client is recruiting a Lead Digital & Programmatic Campaign Manager to take ownership of the delivery, optimisation, and evolution of digital advertising campaigns across a growing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) network and connected digital channels.
You will:
Lead end-to-end execution of programmatic and direct digital campaigns
Oversee and support ad operations staff
Actively explore new ad technologies, platforms, integrations, and workflows
Drive improved performance, efficiency, and revenue growth
While programmatic DOOH (pDOOH) experience is highly beneficial, direct OOH experience is not essential. Strong digital, programmatic, or performance media professionals with a systems mindset and appetite for innovation are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning, Execution & Optimisation
Own end-to-end delivery of digital and programmatic campaigns across DOOH and related digital channels
Translate client objectives into effective targeting, buying, pacing, and optimisation strategies
Monitor live campaigns to ensure delivery against KPIs, budgets, and timelines
Investigate underperformance and implement data-driven corrective actions
Programmatic & Platform Management
Manage campaigns across DSPs and relevant programmatic platforms, including pDOOH environments
Collaborate with internal ad ops teams and external platform partners
Ensure creatives render correctly and campaigns play as scheduled
Act as the primary escalation point for campaign delivery or system issues
Technology, Systems & Innovation
Stay current with ad tech, programmatic, measurement, and media technology trends
Actively test new platforms, features, integrations, and tools
Contribute ideas to improve workflows, automation, and internal systems
Partner with technical teams and vendors to trial new capabilities
Omnichannel & Mobile Integration
Collaborate with mobile and digital partners to activate retargeted and layered campaigns linked to DOOH exposure
Support omnichannel campaign execution across DOOH, mobile, and digital
Revenue & Commercial Contribution
Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and yield
Explore technology-led commercial models and monetisation opportunities
Reporting, Insights & Governance
Skills & Experience
Essential
4–6 years’ experience in digital or programmatic advertising
Hands-on experience managing and optimising programmatic campaigns
Strong working knowledge of DSPs and digital media platforms
High level of comfort with ad technology and systems
Curious, tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to experiment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
