Role Purpose & Description:
The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation, scheduling, and reporting of digital artwork campaigns across various platforms. This position requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in content management systems, and strong collaboration skills to ensure seamless execution of digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management – Download, edit, upload, and schedule digital artwork to meet campaign specifications. Ensure campaigns are published accurately and on time.
- Content Management & Curation – Organize and store content properly within the content management system (CMS) and on company servers.
- Reporting & Analytics – Prepare accurate and complete reports on campaign performance.
- Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns.
- Quality Control – Ensure all digital artwork and content meet the required specifications and standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital media or advertising.
- Proficiency in content management systems.
- Experience with digital artwork specifications and file conversions.
- Knowledge of video editing software for resizing and conversion tasks.
- Familiarity with university or academic environments is a plus.
