Job Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage projects, and ensure high-quality, profitable campaigns aligned with client goals.
This role requires strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to optimize agency-client collaboration. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and our partner agency to drive growth and maintain excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring project success.
Oversee account management, campaign execution, and project timelines within budget.
Provide strategic input, quality control, and design analysis for client projects/campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams and partner agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
Maintain high customer service standards and stay updated on market trends.
Manage financial processes, including invoices, purchase orders (POs), and reconciliations.
Guide and support junior team members while promoting a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in an agency account management role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including performance marketing, SEO, development, and creative execution.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
A strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
South African citizen with own reliable transport.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
KPIs and Deliverables
Ensure quality control and timely approvals for all client work.
Maintain high client satisfaction through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
Submit accurate reports, contact reports, and financials on time.
