Hands On Recruitment South Africa is partnering with a leading Adtech company to bring you a fantastic opportunity as an AdOps/Programmatic Specialist. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and driving results across multiple platforms, this could be the role for you!

Scope of the Role:


As an AdOps/Programmatic Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day programmatic Ad operations. Your key responsibilities will include:


1. Campaign Setup & Management:
Oversee the setup, planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including All Social Platforms, Google Stack, Location Tech, and additional technologies used by the business.
Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance, including targeting, creative optimization, and audience segmentation.
2. Account Management & Revenue Optimization:
Optimize pricing strategies and inventory management to maximize revenue for the business.
3. Reporting Campaign Results:
Provide clear and concise reporting of campaign results to clients.
4. Client Interfacing (Where Required):
Conduct post-campaign analysis and interact with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and discuss outcomes.
5. Analytics Understanding & Setup:
Proactively manage analytics setup, including but not limited to GTM, DV, IAS, Moat, GA, etc.
The role will require you to work closely with the broader AdOps team to build efficiencies, share learnings, and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.

What our client is looking for:

Proven experience in AdOps or Programmatic Advertising.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
Ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
Strong reporting skills, with the ability to communicate campaign results effectively to clients.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to drive efficiencies and collaborate across teams.
Passion for learning and developing within the digital advertising space.
Remuneration:

Gross Salary: R40,000.00 (depending on experience)
Quarterly Commission structure based on company performance.
