Hands on Recruitment is working with a global leader of online accounting software who are looking for a Sales Development to join their Cape Town team.
Our client is rapidly growing within South Africa and this role is a pivotal position within our clients sales team in South Africa and provides the opportunity to work alongside our clients Accounting Partners. You will support, advise and guide our clients Partners through their first few months within the business and invite them to introductory events.
This role is responsible for recruiting and educating new Accounting Partners from various lead
sources and assisting them through the initial signup and education stage, whilst working closely with
Territory Account Managers to grow our clients practices in South Africa.
This role will support the National and Senior Account Management teams – ensuring that a high level
of data quality enables the rapid and accurate identification of sales activity and the increase of
customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
● Mine new business from:
- Our clients list of ATC firms
- Find an Accountant website
- Leads generated from industry events – SAIPA & SAICA
● Manage the recruitment, education and growth of the new business partner base
● Ensure that your knowledge of our clients features and functionality is kept up to date via our clients training and updated Webinars
● Taking inbound sales calls and responding to prospective customers driving sales conversion
● Ensure Partners and other employees within the Practice attend introductory webinars, events
& certification training
● Educate Partners on all partner resources available
● Update our CRM system (Salesforce) with all client communications including calls, emails and
meetings
● Maintain and update our CRM system of all practice staff and contact details
● Respond in a timely manner to all Partner enquiries
Success looks like:
● 600 calls per month
● 60 meetings a month
● 25 new partners signed up a month
● Integrity of CRM Data
● Keep pipeline management in control and in line with processes
