Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a robust TikTok strategy aligned with the brand’s goals and audience.
  • Create engaging and shareable content to enhance brand visibility on TikTok.

Short-Form Content Production:

  • Lead the ideation, creation, and production of short-form content across various platforms.
  • Utilize creative storytelling techniques to convey promotional messages effectively.

Content Creation:

  • Generate compelling and original content for social media platforms, focusing on sports betting trends, events, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and create visually appealing content.

Audience Engagement:

  • Foster community engagement through innovative content that sparks conversations and interactions.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.

Analytics and Optimization:

  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong emphasis on TikTok.
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, and features.
  • Exceptional creativity and proficiency in content creation for social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with the sports betting industry is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on TikTok.
