Hands on Recruitment have partnered with an awesome Digital Marketing agency who are currently looking for a Programmatic Media Trader to join their team in Johannesburg.

Fuelled by industry research & insights, this agency utilises proprietary AI and Machine learning algorithms, to drive our data engineering engines, and inform our media procurement strategy and creative innovation, leading to optimal returns for our clients.
· Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
· Campaign Setup across all digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to (DSP, All Social Platforms , Google Stack, Location tech & Additional tech as used by the business)
· Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance, including targeting, creative optimization, and audience segmentation.
Ad Technology Management:
· Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in ad technology.
· Evaluate, implement, and manage ad tech solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of ad operations processes.
· Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to understand client objectives and deliver effective advertising solutions.
· Provide regular updates and insights to clients on campaign performance and optimization strategies.
· Work closely with the Sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
· Optimize pricing strategies and inventory management to maximize revenue.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
· Minimum 3 years proven experience in digital advertising and Ad Operations.
· In-depth knowledge of ad tech platforms, programmatic advertising, and industry trends.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
